About Our Life Path Division
Compassionate planning for every stage of life.
At Ethridge Law Group’s Life Path Division, we see people, not paperwork. We listen to your story, understand your goals, and guide you with care through life’s most important legal decisions.
our power is our people
Life Path was founded on the same values that guide Ethridge Law Group — a commitment to people, not billable hours. While Ethridge Law Group focuses on businesses, Life Path was created to serve individuals and families with a more personal approach.
We take the time to truly understand each client’s situation, untangle complex issues, and create practical, comprehensive solutions that bring peace of mind. Every client is seen, heard, and guided toward a clear path forward.
Why We Started Life Path
Our founders connected while doing legal volunteer work in Spartanburg. Both were dedicated to helping others and were individually exploring ways to create people-focused, solution-oriented legal services.
As time went on, it became clear they could combine their talents and skill sets to form a practice that offers a fresh, client-centered approach to every case, guiding their clients by using modern, real-world solutions.
Life Path was built on that vision, prioritizing relationships, understanding, and meaningful solutions over quotas or billable hours. By blending compassion with practical, comprehensive legal guidance, we created a firm designed to give clients clarity, support, and the confidence to move forward.
Whether it involves estate planning, elder law, probate, special needs planning or special education advocacy, we provide compassionate planning for every stage of life.

Her professional journey began more than twenty years ago at a fast-paced software company in Charleston, where she quickly rose through the ranks. That calling led her to law school, where she graduated magna cum laude from the Charleston School of Law—all while working full-time. Her ability to successfully balance demanding responsibilities is a testament to her unwavering commitment and exceptional work ethic.
Rebecca brings more than 15 years of legal experience to her clients. She has served as a Medicaid Hearing Officer, overseeing a wide range of complex eligibility cases, and as an attorney with the Social Security Administration. She has also practiced in high-volume firms with a focus on Social Security Disability and Medicaid planning. These diverse experiences have equipped her with a broad depth of knowledge and a practical, client-centered approach to even the most intricate legal matters.
Today, Rebecca uses her extensive knowledge to guide clients through some of life’s most important decisions, offering compassionate, comprehensive counsel every step of the way.
What do we live for, if it is not to make life less difficult for each other?
